A BMW service is more than an oil change. We follow your car's Condition Based Service (CBS) schedule and BMW service book, using OEM ISTA to read exactly what's due — then carry it out with genuine or OEM parts and reset the service counters properly.

Using the correct oil specification (BMW Longlife LL-01, LL-04 and others) is critical: the wrong oil can harm the engine or, on diesels, clog the DPF. We match oil and parts to your exact engine, not a one-size-fits-all bottle.

  • Oil service: genuine-spec oil & OEM oil filter, drain plug seal
  • Filters: air, cabin/pollen and fuel filter as scheduled
  • Spark plugs: OEM plugs at BMW intervals (petrol)

Digital Service History

in BMW's own system

After every job we record the service directly in BMW's central system (BMW Online Service History). Your history doesn't sit on a piece of paper in the glovebox — it is written into the car's digital file, tied to the VIN.

Date, mileage, work carried out and parts used are all logged, and stay visible to every official BMW Service worldwide — in Greece and abroad. Exactly as if you had been to the dealer. The same applies to MINI.

We use genuine BMW or OEM first-line parts — the same suppliers BMW uses (Mahle, Mann, Bosch, NGK). Correct filters and plugs keep the engine healthy and the service valid; cheap no-name parts are a false economy on a BMW.

How often does a BMW need a service?+
Modern BMWs use Condition Based Service (CBS): the car calculates intervals from real driving data — typically an oil service every 1-2 years or ~15,000-30,000 km. We read the exact CBS status with ISTA and advise based on your car, not a fixed guess.
Do you use genuine BMW oil and parts?+
Yes — genuine or OEM parts and oil meeting the correct BMW Longlife spec (e.g. LL-01, LL-04) for your engine. The wrong oil spec can damage the engine or DPF, so we match it to your exact model.
Will an independent service affect my warranty?+
In the EU, servicing at an independent workshop with genuine/OEM parts does not void your manufacturer warranty (Block Exemption Regulation), as long as it's done to BMW spec and documented. We record every service properly.
Do you reset the service indicator?+
Yes. After every service we reset the relevant CBS counters with ISTA so the dashboard shows the correct next-service data — not just a generic reset.
Do you record the service in BMW's system?+
Yes. After every service we record the work, mileage and parts in BMW's central system (Online Service History), tied to your car's VIN. The history then stays visible to any official BMW Service in Greece and abroad, and can't be lost. It's included with the service at no extra cost. For older models without digital service history we stamp the printed service book as normal and hand over a written work report.
