This page explains how we collect and use the information you provide when you contact us (by phone, Viber, email or in person at the workshop), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek law.
What data we process
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address.
- Vehicle information needed for an appointment or quote (e.g. make, model, VIN or registration plate, where you consider it necessary).
- Message content you send us (calls, Viber/email messages and notes we keep only for as long as needed to perform the contract or to communicate with you).
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to respond to enquiries, book appointments, issue quotes and carry out the agreed work at the workshop. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or your consent where required, and our legitimate interest in simple pre-contract communication.
Retention period
Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet any tax or accounting obligations. After those periods it is deleted or anonymised where feasible.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell personal data. We do not share your details with third parties unless required by law or necessary to provide the service (e.g. parts suppliers, with only the strictly necessary data).
