Before the service, we confirm whether a digital entry is available for your vehicle. If your model does not support digital history, we update the paper service book where available and provide a written work report.

REMOTE DIAGNOSTICS

We offer remote diagnostic checks for compatible vehicles. The service is not available for every MINI, and whether a remote check is possible also depends on the nature of the problem.

When you contact us, we confirm the vehicle details, the available connection and what you would like checked. We then explain the process and whether the vehicle needs to visit the workshop.

For issues requiring an on-site inspection, we arrange the appropriate diagnostic check at our workshop.

We service MINI One models at our workshop in Ampelokipoi. The year, engine and previous work help us identify the maintenance schedule for your particular car.

Work may include oil and filter changes, along with individual checks or replacements specified for your MINI One version. We do not automatically apply the same list of jobs to every generation and version.
